Bexly Silver Image – weimeraner (Rey's son) – Autumn test 1st merit, 3rd place, handled by me
Bexly performed reliable work. Rey is giving his children truly excellent hunting talent. All of them have great style of searching. Also Bexly confirmed the fact and during the test he performed very nice far searching with full score of points.
Archibald Grey Inspiration - weimeraner (Rey's son) – Autumn test 1st merit, 1st place/12, WINNER of tests, handled by P. Hromek
Archibald did excellent job. He finished the autumn tests with 296 points! The biggest satisfaction for me is that weimaraner got full score of points in searching discipline among other pointing breeds.
Aron Grey Inspiration - weimeraner (Rey's son) – Autumn test 1st merit, 4th place, handler Mrs.Hromková
Aron, brother to Archibald did great. His handler is a newbie and it was her first hunting test. Aron did perform great work and I do appreciate the full score of points in searching discipline.
Member of our training group was also:

Dreams are supposed to come true and that is why I fulfilled together with my Rey another one. In the beginning of the year we sent our entry form for the highest Slovak memorial for pointing dogs. The level is about the same as our K.Podhajsky Memorial. They chose us to compete and I was extremely happy. Memorial was held in far east of Slovakia in wonderful area of Vranov nad Topľou.
Eighteen poiniting dogs were presented. Nine were from Slovakia and another nine were from close European countries.
Tests were judged according to rules VSS and internationals rules for CACIT.
For the first day we draw lot of work in forest. Forest work were in very difficult terrain (who knows, can confirm), where some of the handlers had to literally walk on four feet. It was already getting dark, when we were done with the blood tracks - about 18:15. We did the discipline without any hesitation with twice score of three points out of four given. One lower grade was for longer checking at the box and the other for walking on a leash. The next day, work on field and in water followed. We started our day at small field. After that we moved 40km to perform our feared water discipline. Those of you, who met us, know that Rey is not a bit water lover. He manages to go through the discipline according to rules, but he is missing more above. It wasn't so at the memorial. During the summer I started to train water in another way after 4 years and I can tell, there was a difference. Rey ended up the discipline with one three. I was deeply moved while discipline of searching for wild duck. There is no track since this year. The duck is let in a reed and dog has to find the track himself and work on the duck. When the dog turns away from the duck he was working on and stops working, according to the rules you get zero points. But Rey proved himself as true hunter. He went for duck track one minute after she was set free and I didn't see or hear him afterwards. Judges were moving forward with him along the reed very far. After half an hour he returning and even managed to chase out second duck and after 35 minutes he was coming back from flooded reed after great work. He was following the duck with endurance and in a long distance. It is a big satisfaction for me. During R.Knoll's Memorial 2014 we had the same situation but unfortunately left with zero points. It was exactly opposite this time and my dog made me very happy. Afterwards only big field was left. Hunting together with others went well and we were ready for the very last discipline of the two days hunting tests - individual searching. Rey didn't do well on launch pheasant and we ended up in 3rd merit. Even though I am proud of Rey. He worked very well both days. We finished Koloman Slimák's Memorial in 3rd merit with high points - 458.
Thanks to Czech and Slovak friends for two great days in Slovakia. Congratulations to Zuzana Matejkova and Juraj Ďurďovič. And many thanks to Veronika Šlamborová.

I was looking forward to this memorial so much. Five years ago, during the previous memorial, I had few months old Rey in my car and watched the competition. It didn't cross my mind at that time that I will be among the handlers within 5 years. For five years we kept ourselves in great conditions and I could make my dream come true.
We ended up great. Rey was 7th our of 22 dogs with 3rd merit because of limit ranking from pointing. We missed a bit of luck. I withheld pointing during hunt together and score of two points from pointing led us to 3rd merit. The rules didn't allow us to keep in 1st merit even after excellent work while individual searching and work on pheasant fowl. Sometimes a bit of luck is necessary and we finished ours during last years.
Three of Rey's children were also presented and also two of his siblings!
It was a nostalgia for me during the final announcement. For me and Rey it was the last big club competition we entered. We were at Club's all round tests in 2013 and ended up on 3rd place, in 2015 Rey won all round tests and in 2016 we were placed 7th at R.Jakoubek Memorial.
ROBERT JAKOUBEK's MEMORIAL 2016 – ATREY FOREVER HERO OF DIAM WEIM – 3rd merit, 7th place/22
Also club show was the very last in KCHVO. Rey was in really excellent condition and shown himself very well even after exhausting memorial. He was excellent 4th in champion class. We were placed as winners in THE BEST BREEDING GROUP and THE BEST BRACE competition.
Judges very really strict, excellent marks were not given freely and so I am happy for results of Rey's children:
Brixie Silver Image – EXCELLENT 1, CAC, CENTRAL EUROPEAN WINNER among bitches. Wonderful result. After becoming Junior club winner last year she also rocked among adults this year!
Dilemma Grey Eminence - EXCELLENT 2, res. CAC ( always excellent at club shows)
Bexly Silver Image – EXCELLENT 4, ( always excellent at club shows)
Isar z Haluzic – Very good

Many thanks to all for the weekend. Dogs did great work in hard terrain. We could see great improvements and great work with wild game.
Unfortunately in life nothing is only positive. Věrka had to say good bye to her Aris. We all know he was an exceptional dog. There are not many like he was and now he is running in heaven.
Your friends will never forget.
Rey DID NOT PASS 200p. Together we failed in field. Huge congrats to all who were successful.
Among weimaraners specially to Milan, who is nominated.
Puppies by Rey are expected in kennel Silver Image by the end of May.
Rey in champion class: Exc.1, CAC, CACIB, BOB, BIG4.
Already third BOB title in 2016.
Judge Lenka Fialová.
The very first training camp of Rey's offsprings. We met in Vracov in high number. Except one dog all were Rey's offsprings from different litters. Advanced group went through all disciplines of allround tests. Beginners went through basic introduction into hunting cynology, obedience and work in field under my supervision. The weekend was fine and all dogs will continue in their training and tests.

Rey is for the second time in official qualifying competition for the nomination of Richard Knoll Memorial.
On May 8th we will try to fight through this important memorial.
I am happy for two reasons. Rey is continuously keeping on top during his career. Sometimes I think that he even improves with his age. On fingers of three fingers, we could count Weimaraners who went as high in 50 years of breeding in our country.
List of pointers in qualification: HERE
Rey became BEST OF BREED among seven entered weimaraner czech champions and in the final competition he was also placed as 3rd in group!
Rey managed to get the same results for the last three years in a row!
Weimaraner Atrey Forever Hero of Diam Weim - 3rd in group at Champion of Champions 2015
